On 25th September, our group came together for the first online meeting to prepare for our upcoming Discover EU journey.
We spoke about the essence of the Discover EU program – giving young people the chance to travel, explore, and connect with Europe while learning more about its cultures, values, and diversity. The participants shared their goals and expectations, from gaining new knowledge and experiences to building lasting friendships.
A key part of our discussion focused on what it means to be an ambassador of the Discover EU program. Together, we reflected on the responsibility of representing our community and the EU values of unity, respect, and openness. Being an ambassador means not just traveling, but also inspiring others, sharing what we learn, and bringing these experiences back home.
