Today, 16th September 2023, our talented volunteers, Stefania Yordanova, Patricia Stancheva, and Veronika Stefanova, showcased their culinary skills at the second edition of the “Garash” Cake Festival. The festival, dedicated to the art of cake-making, brought together baking enthusiasts and confectionery lovers for a delightful celebration.
The girls not only presented classic recipes but also unveiled their own creative masterpieces. Their confections were a testament to both traditional baking techniques and innovative culinary expressions. The festival provided a platform for our volunteers to share their passion for baking and connect with the community.
The highlight of the event was the recognition bestowed upon them by the Mayor of Ruse, Pencho Milkov, and Chef Radi Stambolov. The girls were honored with certificates for their outstanding presentations and received additional prizes for their remarkable contributions.
