- Confirmation for Non-Ruse Residents: On January 18, 2023, we will contact 10 participants residing outside Ruse to confirm their participation and provide additional information regarding accommodation and transportation logistics.
- Travel Support: Delegates outside Ruse will be eligible to receive 15 BGN for transportation, lunch, and two coffee breaks.
