Our enthusiastic participants recently had the incredible opportunity to take part in a transformative training course titled “Enabling Youth’s Entrepreneurial Enrichment.” Held in Spain from December 12th to 20th, 2022, this international training brought together youth workers from 11 countries.
Have you ever heard of the Dragon Dreaming method? Dragon Dreaming is not your typical project management approach, it’s participative, holistic and highly structured. Aimed at realising creative, collaborative, and sustainable projects, Dragon Dreaming provides a unique perspective on project design and entrepreneurship.
The project’s main goal was to offer Dragon Dreaming training to youth workers and young people across participating countries. With a focus on transmission, the training aimed to equip youth workers and young individuals with the methodology to inspire and drive sustainable projects.
