From May 20th to May 28th, 2022, Larnaca, Cyprus, served as the backdrop for the impactful training course, ‘Youth Workers Capacity Building and Development’. Gather together participants from six different countries, the program provided a platform for sharing and exchanging experiences in non-formal learning techniques for youths and youth workers.
The main objectives of the project were: fostering international cooperation among experienced and non-experienced organizations and individuals, and enhancing personal and professional skills for capacity entrepreneurship and employability. A central focus was on eliminating discrimination through the implementation of social inclusion practices.
The training course was the ideal place for sharing ideas, best practices, and collaborative efforts, reaffirming the commitment to empowering the youth through knowledge exchange and skill development.
