Last week marked a significant milestone for us as Nataliya Lukova led an impactful training session to present non-formal education. The two-day workshop, held in Svishtov on March 18 and 19, 2022 delved into the diverse methods and tools that can seamlessly bridge non-formal educational approaches with formal educational settings.
Under the guidance of Mrs. Rumyana Kuzeva, the Head of the Education Department, the gathering not only explored the practical applications of non-formal education but also illuminated the distinctions between formal and non-formal learning. Nataliya Lukova’s expertise shed light on how these innovative methods can be effectively integrated into traditional school environments.
The venue for this enlightening session was the Center for Social Support, where active participation and engaged discussions took place. Noteworthy attendees included two youth coordinators from the Institute Perspectives, teachers from local kindergartens in the municipality of Svishtov, and representatives from the Center for Social Support.
The collaborative exchange of ideas and insights fostered an atmosphere of shared learning, emphasizing the potential of non-formal education to enhance and complement formal educational practices. As we continue to champion dynamic educational approaches, this workshop stands as a testament to our commitment to empowering education and promoting innovative learning methodologies.
